AN OVERVIEW:

WEEKLY ADVENTURES:
Children’s Sunday School classes meet at 9:15 a.m. in the Kidzone. Children Desiring God curriculum leads them to know and honor God.

GO FOR THE GOLD:
…or silver or bronze medal in the Scripture  Memory Program. Your child can earn a medal by memorizing Bible verses in his or her Sunday School class.

M-PAC:
Missionary Prayer & Care teaches children that God desires the praises of people from every tribe, tongue, and people group. They learn that God’s plan is for his children to carry the Good News throughout the earth either by going themselves or by sending others. They learn that ALL of us must pray. They are given an opportunity to earn a Lakeview missionary card by praying for missionaries. Join us Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00p.m. in the Kidzone.

MUSIC TO YOUR EARS:
The Joyful Noise Choirs teach children basic   musical and Biblical principles through singing, games, puppets, drama, handbells, special Christmas music and a Spring musical. They meet Sunday evenings at 5:15p.m. during the school year in the Fellowship Hall.

BRAND NEW YOU:
Brother Al instructs children who are beginning a new life with Jesus as their Savior. Topics in this class include salvation, baptism, Lord’s Supper and Christian growth.

FAIR FOR ALL:
Children can dress up, play games, and win candy & prizes at the annual “All Saints’ Fair” in October. Join in the fun on Lakeview’s grass field.

A-CAROLING WE GO:
Families are invited to go along with their children for a night of Christmas caroling. Birthday cake and hot chocolate are served afterward.

AL’S PALS / 66 CLUB:
Brother Al meets with children to encourage sermon notetaking or memorizing the books of the Bible.

UNFORGETTABLE VACATION:
Enjoy a great week of Bible study, crafts, and recreation. Learn about missions from real missionaries. Join us at Vacation Bible School in June and bring a friend. Register early!

KIDSTYLE WORSHIP:
Children’s Church is for pre-k thru 2nd grade. Kids have a great time singing and learning Bible stories. Children are dismissed from the Worship   service to go to the Youth Center.

SUMMER FUN DAYS:
Fun summer activities just for kids! Join the fun!

CHECK IT OUT:
Excellent reading, viewing and listening materials for every age are available in Lakeview’s Family Library located in the church administrative offices. Books, videos and audio cassettes may be checked out during the following times: Monday-Friday: 8:15 am- 4:45 pm, Sundays: 9:00-9:15 am. 10:25-10:45 am.

KIDZONE MISSION FESTIVAL:
World cultures and customs come alive during Lakeview’s International Missions Festival. Visiting missionaries share what God is doing through their work in other countries. Introduce your child and family to the world outside of Auburn & Opelika.

IN HIS HANDS:
This ministry is to encourage families with special needs children by providing “buddies” to stay with their children so that the parents can participate in Sunday School and Worship. You can sign up in the Kidzone, Youth or Preschool Departments.
